1. Introduction
By creating an account and using the FanpageSocial platform (operated by Yanselmask, Inc.) you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you cannot use the service.
These terms apply to both free and paid accounts. They may change — we will notify you by email 30 days in advance when there are material modifications.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activities that occur in your account. If you detect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected].
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm having authority to bind it to these terms.
3. Acceptable use
By using FanpageSocial, you agree NOT to:
- Publish illegal, defamatory, discriminatory content or content that infringes third-party rights (including copyrights and trademarks).
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access the source code of the service.
- Use the platform for spam, phishing, malware distribution or any fraudulent activity.
- Overload the infrastructure (aggressive rate limits, mass scraping, DoS attacks).
- Share your account with people outside your authorized organization.
- Violate the terms of connected social networks (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
